We offer a variety of massage and assisted stretching services that are designed to improve your health and wellness. You can book an appointment with one of our qualified and experienced therapists through our website or by email). You can choose from different types of massage and stretching techniques, as well as different durations and frequencies of sessions. You can also customise your session according to your preferences and needs.

Our services are provided on an appointment-only basis. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule, you can move your appointment into an available time slot though your confirmation email or by emailing Ultra. Any cancellations 24 hours or more before the appointment will be fully refunded. This can take between 5 to 10 working days, depending on your banking provider. It is also possible for a direct payment into your bank account for refunds which may be faster. You must specify this preference via email or over the phone. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will lose the full payment for the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, to ensure other clients are not effected.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened or cancelled, depending on the availability of the therapist and the schedule of other clients. You will still be charged the full amount for the session.

You are also responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or special needs that may affect your ability to receive our services. You should consult with your doctor before booking an appointment if you have any health concerns or questions. We are not liable for any adverse effects or complications that may arise from your use of our services.

Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your regular health care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We do not provide medical advice or prescriptions. You should always follow the advice and instructions of your doctor and other health care providers.

Services procedure

We offer different services that allow you to purchase multiple sessions at at a time. You can choose from different types of Services based on the number of sessions, the duration of sessions, and the type of service. You can purchase a service through our website or by contacting us directly.

Once you purchase a service, you will receive a confirmation email with a date and time with your therapist with all information about the booking.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

We do not currently offer gift vouchers, but may offer them on a case by case bases or in the future.

We do not offer memberships at this time, but we may offer them in the future.
